Key Role and Responsibilities
1. Identify and List all Hotels and Accommodation properties in the country
2. Properly categorize the listed Hotel for fees and payments
3. Liaise with UTB and any other organisation for verification and/or Auditing for licensing purposes
4. Receive and expeditiously handle member complaints related to URA, Local & Central Government and some MDAs
5. Maintain a membership ledger and ensure full payment of annual member-ship fees
6. Organise and support Regional Directors on membership mobilization and trainings.
7. Ensure UHOA Website is continuously updated with the latest news, activities and events. Wher possible link up member websites to UHOA
8. Manage all social media handles for the benefit of the members
9. Organise and carry out a customer satisfaction survey among members
10. Support ED & Board in organising an AGM
11. Organise Fundraising events.
